Tell us about the Facebook group you run. We review every application by hand.
Step 2
Share your link
Once approved you get your own SQRFT link. Pin it, add it to your group rules, or post it when members ask where to find or list a rental.
Step 3
Get paid by e-Transfer
When a member who joined through your link makes their first payment, half of it is yours. We send an e-Transfer once your balance reaches $150.
What you earn
50% of each referred member's first payment, once per member. Two examples:
Standard listing, $19.99
You earn $10.00
Featured listing, $29.99
You earn $15.00
Payouts are sent by e-Transfer once your payable balance reaches $150. For example, 15 members whose first payment is $19.99 add up to $150.

Affiliate terms
- One commission per referred member: 50% of their first payment on SQRFT.
- Commissions are held for 30 days. Refunded or fraudulent payments are voided.
- Payouts go by e-Transfer to your payout email once your payable balance reaches $150. To change your payout email, contact support.
- Your own accounts never earn a commission. No fake accounts and no spam.
- We can void commissions or pause a partner account that breaks these terms.
- SQRFT may change these terms with notice to partners.
- You are responsible for reporting your affiliate income and paying any taxes on it.
